Pudsey Pickles was founded by Lee and Daryl, a husband and wife team who live locally to Pudsey.Both Daryl and Lee are Professionally trained Chefs between them over 45 years experience. Covering a wide range of catering establishments.
Lee’s experience and knowledge comes from a training at the Grand Hotel Brighton taking her career through to Kitchen manager for Yorkshires biggest corporate event catering company.
Husband and business partner
Daryl has worked in the catering industry for over 21 years, and has had a varied and extensive career, including the achievement of becoming a head chef on board the QE2.
Whilst managing a young family Lee and Daryl have recognised a niche in the market to supply and produce locally preserved produce. They are both committed to producing a product that is free from any artificial colours or preservatives, and that all ingredients is GM free.
We don’t however guarantee any of our products are nut free. Although all are very low in fat or have non at all and are gluten and egg free. Lee and Daryl are always open to any recipe ideas, and suggestions, and although the majority of recipes come from their catering knowledge, do use old family recipes handed down for generations.
